What is Hypnobreathwork?
My hypnobreathwork approach integrates guided breathwork, hypnosis, and somatic awareness to help you break through mental blocks, release emotional tension, and gain clarity. Hypnobreathwork can be used to address a specific issue or wanting insight on your life’s purpose.
Rooted in traditional and evidence-based breathwork practices, this method uses intentional breathing patterns and guided visualization to regulate your nervous system and access your subconscious mind.

Breathwork has been shown to improve cardiovascular and respiratory health, sleep, mood regulation, memory, focus, and concentration. It lowers blood pressure and facilitates healthy gut and immune system functioning.
Breathwork also helps improve neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to adapt and change both in the brain’s structure and function in response to situations we encounter. It can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which controls the body's ability to relax, for deeper relaxation and stress reduction, as well as stimulate the sympathetic nervous system to boost performance, higher energy and decrease fatigue, which can help you effectively cope with stress and improve your performance.
Private Sessions - What to Expect:
1. Complimentary Consultation
All new clients begin with a complementary 30-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, explore what’s bringing you in, and determine whether HypnoBreathwork is a good fit for your needs. I’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions, and ensure you feel informed and supported from the start.
2. Initial Intake Session (60 minutes)
If you choose to move forward, we’ll begin with a comprehensive intake session. This includes a review of your history, current challenges, and goals, as well as the emotional and behavioral patterns you’d like to shift. You’ll walk away with a clear sense of the themes we’ll focus on and a personalized roadmap for the work ahead.
3. Individualized HypnoBreathwork Sessions (75-90 minutes)
Each session is thoughtfully customized to your specific goals, emotional landscape, and nervous system needs. The work is arranged in a purposeful sequence, where each experience builds on the last, to support progressive transformation, integration and momentum.
Through rhythmic breathing, you’ll enter a gently altered state of consciousness—a space where the analytical mind softens and deeper emotional and somatic layers become accessible. You will remain fully conscious and in control throughout the process.
I’ll guide you through a powerful flow of emotional release, belief reprogramming, and intentional visualization. These sessions are designed to catalyze change not just intellectually, but viscerally—supporting you in breaking through stuck patterns and embodying the clarity, courage, and healing you’re ready to claim!

Single Session – Ideal for focused work on a specific issue or if you simply want to try it out
3-Session Series – Supports integration around a theme (e.g., self-worth, clarity, decision-making)
5-Session Series – Deep, progressive work with sustained support and growth
Integration Sessions — At any point, you’re welcome to schedule additional integration sessions. These are designed to help you process insights more deeply, reflect on emerging patterns, or recalibrate the direction of the work as needed. I can provide clinical insight and therapeutic guidance, as well as psychoeducation and tailored resources to support your growth between sessions. These sessions can be a valuable anchor between or after breathwork sessions.
